Stone is a multi-disciplinary study which develops interior design and product projects through a perspective that makes them unique. Its main asset is its human factor. Stone makes projects for people. For nearly 25 years, they have always focused on the same objective: to help people be happy day after day. At Stone, conversations go only as far as life experience. An extremely basic idea that many have forgotten. For this reason, regardless of the type or size of project, from a Sheraton resort, a Lexus car or offices for Coca-Cola, the Stone team always approaches it with the same humility, enthusiasm and commitment. With offices in Tokyo, Moscow, Shanghai and New York, Stone develops projects for clients all over the world and of all kind of typologies. Some of their clients include Issey Miyake, Accor Hotels, Marriott, Adidas, Bla Station, Muji or Innermost, among many others.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?: Surfing on perfect waves before a long sunset anywhere around the globe.

Which living person do you most admire?: My business partner Eva.

What is your greatest extravagance?: I have hot chocolate for breakfast no matter what country I am in and I always eat french fries before my burger (I never mix them!!)

What is your current state of mind?: Always alert. I’m always looking forward to new challenges in terms of design, sports, life etc...

What do you consider the most overrated virtue?: Being pretty. I think It´s not a virtue but a condition.

Which words or phrases do you most overuse?: Please, use common sense!!!

Which talent would you most like to have?: The ability to focus.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?: I would love to be more polite and not that sincere.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?: Building up my company from the scratch for the last 25 years and have projects all over the world.

If you were to die and come back as a person or a thing, what would it be?: I would like to be the sun that illuminates everyone every morning.

Where would you most like to live?: Spain is a great place for living, Japan is another favorite.

What is your most treasured possession?: My Harley Davidson.

What is your favorite occupation?: Riding my bike, surfing, snowbobarding... But over all sharing my hobbies with my kids.

What is your most marked characteristic?: I talk so loud!!!

What do you most value in your friends?: Faithfulness

Who is your hero of fiction?: Indiana jones

Which historical figure do you most identify with?: Marco Polo.

Who are your heroes in real life?: Craig Kelly and the Eames.
