Cifonelli announced as the official tailor of the 24 Heures of Le Mans Centenary
(LONDON, May 2023) Cifonelli is delighted to announce it will be returning as the official tailor of the 24 Heures of Le Mans during its 100th Anniversary. Cifonelli will be on the starting line throughout the weekend showcasing the best of their craft as well as the exclusive collection designed especially for the 24 Hours of Le Mans race.
Launched in 1923, the 24 Hours of Le Mans race is still the biggest and most mystical automobile event in the world, attracting more than 263,000 spectators every year. The greatest drivers, both professional and private, compete on the large non-permanent circuit of 13.626 km, which uses both country roads and the Bugatti circuit, which is the fastest and can be covered in just under three minutes.
Cifonelli and Le Mans share a great breadth of tradition and heritage whilst continuing to be at the forefront of their respective industries. A love for the parallels between the automotive world and tailoring meant this was a perfect partnership. The new Cifonelli Le Mans collection also features an iconic racing jacket with a silhouette inspired by automotive greats as well as iconography over the last century of Le Mans which will be on display in the newly opened member's lounge in another celebration of Le Mans centenary.
